Genki Sushi uses technology to their advantage. Orders are placed via iPad and dishes are served via the "kousoku" (express) system.
Using the iPad to order is quite fun. There's Genki Sushi games available on the iPad as well.
Ocha ($1.50). Once you order the green tea, they will serve you your cup. The green tea powder can be found in the drawer under the table.
Take 2 spoonful of the powder and add hot water.
Ta-da. The hot green tea is done! Edmund helped make the green tea for mine. So I didn't had to lift a finger to get my hot ocha (heheh).
Clam Salad ($4.20) So Yummy! Creamy, with bits of fish roe and chunks of surf clam.
Salmon Triple Flavor ($3.80). Original, Cheese and Pollock Roe Sauce. Both the cheese and pollock roe sauce were cooked on top which gave the salmon a more intense flavor.
Wasabi Octopus ($2.80). Wasabi was strong, my nose almost died. Stronger than the ones seerved at Sushi Express.
Surf Clam Gunkan ($2.80). So good that I ate one before taking a picture of it. As good as the salad just with the addition of sushi rice.
Egg Pollock Roe ($2.30). End of my meal with this. Sweet egg with savory pollock roe sauce that was lightly torched. The lightly burnt part gave it a nice slight smoky taste.
